AIBEA : All India Bank Employees Association

All India Bank Employees Association, is the oldest and largest national trade union centre of bank employees in India. The Union was founded in 1946 on the 20th of April in Kolkata. Presently they have their headquarter in Chennai.

Two Basic Policies of AIBEA are :
(a) Progress of the banking industry to enable it to play its due role in national development and
(b) Protecting and promoting the interest of the bank employees.
