Election commission of Tamilnadu has made a provision to check the Voter List (also know as electoral List) online. All voter can check the Voter list from the official website of Chief Electoral Officer Tamilnadu. The website offer all the latest election news, candidates profiles, and other election related information.
The ceotamilnadu.nic.in has primarily been created for communication between the electors of Tamil Nadu and the Department of Elections in Tamil Nadu. It provides relevant information about the State Electoral Machinery and the various activities of this department. Various important forms are also available on the site for download.

I had submitted Form No 6 with Corporation of Chennai, Ward Office No 119 on January 13th 2009 for inclusion of my name in the electoral list. On that day my photograph was also taken. I was given an acknowledgment slip also. I was informed that my name has not been included in the list of eligible voters. On the same day some other persons applied and their names have been included and they have been given photo identity.
Please include my name in the list of voters and issue me with a photo id card.
