polling booth locations in India for election 2009
A lot of initiatives have been made to make elections easier for youth (internet crowd).
These most promising effort are :
- We all have seen the famous Jago Re campaign.
- state CEO sites setup
- facility to search electoral rolls
- HT and Google India tie to bring up election portal
But Still there is a lot which can be done. To top the list is a facility where one can search his polling station location.
I tried searching a lot for such a service but couldn’t find one. If anyone of you come across such service please let me know.

Call this number in banglore 22228888 : this is election helpline number for all voter related queries.
The Election Commission site is yet to upload the list of booths on their site. However you can get the address of the polling booth in the voter rolls of your part. Complete voter rolls for Bangalore can be accessed from the election commission site.
