I had submitted Form duly completed (ref:159/5791) for correction in my I/card No.DL/07/067/012148 to your Regional Office at Pusa Gate,New Delhi in March 2010. I have still to receive the I/card duly corrected. Pl.let me know the latest position.

I have applied for change of address in January 2009 for me and my family whose names figure at Sl. Nos. 434, 435, 436 of the voter list of assembly constituency 44, R.K. Puram. Address has been changed in the voter list but the voter i-cards has not yet been received by us till date. Also my son Himanshu Sharma who has completed 18 years of age has applied for new voter i-card. His name has been included in the voter list at Sl. No. 892 and alloted EPIC No.NLN 1479864 but the voter i-card has not yet been received. Kindly let me know the status.
