One from New Zealand and another from Australia, isn’t it strange both the captains of called Indian Premier League are foreigners.
In IPL Rajasthan has defeated kolkata for all the matches played. In IPL-1 in first match Rajasthan Royals won by 6 wickets and in second match Rajasthan Royals won by 45 runs. So this time kolkata will strive for a win, they’ll try anything to win this match.

Till now Kolkata has won 2 of 12 matches where as Rajasthan have won 6 of 13. Anyways this is a do-or-die match for Rajasthan. In this match KKR will also try to gain some respect.

Update

While playing first RR have made 101/9 (20.0 Ovs). This is not a very good total, but considering Kolkata’s attack and RR’s Bowling even this total could lead to a close match.

This has been a fantastic day at the office for the Knightriders so far, although they didn’t start off too well by dropping Naman Ojha in the first over itself and then going for too many runs rightaway. Langveldt wasn’t introduced in the eleven until today and didn’t he join the party within no time. His three wickets alongwith the superb fileding of the Knightriders pegged the Royals back from the beginning. It never looked like that the Royals would even last their 20 overs but then they somehow managed to stay there till the end to post a meagre 101. The pitch is good to bat on and there’s no reason why the Knightriders can’t chase this down.
